General House Rules for the Holiday Apartment in the Oberallgäu Holiday Park Quiet Hours and Consideration 1.1 Please observe quiet hours, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Avoid noise that may disturb other guests. 1.2 Respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests. Refrain from playing loud music or engaging in loud conversations. Smoking 2.1 Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Pets 3.1 Pets are permitted in the apartment for an additional fee. Please adhere to the specific rules and agreements regarding pets. 3.2 Keep pets off furniture and beds, and ensure their cleanliness and well-being. Waste Separation and Disposal 4.1 Sort your waste and dispose of it according to local regulations. Waste separation facilities and instructions are available near the apartment. Cleaning and Maintenance 5.1 Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Wash and return all used dishes to their proper place. 5.2 Report any damages or issues immediately to the landlord so they can be addressed promptly. Use of Shared Facilities 6.1 Use shared facilities within the holiday park responsibly and in accordance with their specific rules. Keys and Security 7.1 Ensure the safe keeping and return of keys. Avoid losing keys and hand them over only to authorized persons. Compliance with Terms and Conditions 8.1 Adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the general agreement for the use of the apartment. Check-Out 9.1 Vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure and return the keys as instructed.
