General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Holiday Apartment in the Oberallgäu Holiday Park Contract Formation and Booking 1.1 The booking of the holiday apartment can be made via the Oberallgäu Holiday Park website, other booking platforms such as Booking.com, or our private homepage. 1.2 By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. 1.3 The rental agreement is considered concluded once the booking is confirmed and a booking confirmation has been sent to the guest. Cancellation Policy 2.1 Free Cancellation: A free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date. In this case, any payments already made will be fully refunded. 2.2 Cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival: For cancellations made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, the deposit already paid will be retained. Payment 3.1 Payment is to be made according to the conditions specified on the booking platform or our homepage. Check-in and Check-out 4.1 Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. Pets 5.1 Pets are allowed for an additional fee and may be brought into the holiday apartment. Specific prices and conditions for pets can be found on our website or the booking platform. 5.2 Bringing pets is subject to certain rules and agreements, which will be clarified prior to booking. Usage and Conduct 6.1 The holiday apartment may only be used by the guests specified in the booking. 6.2 Guests are required to treat the apartment and its furnishings responsibly and to report any damages that occur. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law 7.1 German law applies to disputes arising from this rental agreement. The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart.
